Can you describe your overall experience with the BA course at Stride Academy?
I came into this program with a very harsh past and was in desperate need of a change in my life; both financially and personally. From the very start I could tell that Hassan was there to help us succeed so I took full advantage of that. My experience at Stride was great one because there truly is a reward if you simply do what you’re told. I dedicated myself for the entire year, and I am so happy with the result. I hope that more and more students get to fill out this form.
What were the most valuable aspects of the program for you?
Definitely the feedback. The feedback made me so sharp and more confident to go into the next assignment.
What was the biggest challenge you faced during the course, and how did you overcome it?
“Self-doubt” In life I was always accustomed to the thought, “no matter how hard I try, it will never amount to anything”. My perspective was quickly changed when Hassan told me I can’t control outcomes but I can control my effort. I do have a strong work ethic so once I turned off the hyper-fixation on an outcome I cannot foresee, doing the tasks became a lot easier and didn’t allow any room for self-doubt because there was nothing to doubt.
In what ways did the support from instructors, mentors, or the Stride Academy team enhance your learning experience?
The almost life-coaching like experience, Hassan helped clear a lot of negative thinking patterns I had.
What was your experience with the career services offered by Stride Academy, such as resume building and interview preparation?
I had no idea that Stride would create a resume for me, and when I saw the final version, I was truly impressed. The interview prep is unmatched—unlike anything I’ve seen in other courses. I went from struggling to confidently acing every interview!
How long did it take you to find a job after completing the program with Stride?
I would say it took about 3-5 months to land a job. I started in early October and secured a position by February. However, November and December didn’t really count, as corporate hiring tends to slow down during the holidays.
Would you recommend the BA course at Stride Academy to others? Why?
